Description Ecological monitoring of the two urban planned development (UPD) northeast of the city of Redmond, Blakely Ridge and Redmond Ridge, is being conducted by King County Water and Land Resources Division (WLRD). To facilitate this, WLRD has contracted with the Center for Urban Water Resources Management (CUWRM) at the University of Washington to carry out portions of the monitoring.
