Description Bolton will present a history of the Engineers Without Borders program. She will outline their mission and review the UW Student Chapter history. One of the UW projects, a multi-faceted effort in Yanayo, Bolivia, will be described in greater depth. This project addressed springs, diversions, water systems, roads, bridges, agricultural improvements, rain water catchment, and household infrastructure needs.
