Description Bolton will present a history of the Engineers Without Borders program. She will outline their mission and review the UW Student Chapter history. One of the UW projects, a multi-faceted effort in Yanayo, Bolivia, will be described in greater depth. This project addressed springs, diversions, water systems, roads, bridges, agricultural improvements, rain water catchment, and household infrastructure needs. Engineers Without Borders.
