Franklin will present an update on the National Ecological Observatory Network (NEON), a national environonmental monitoring effort. NEON's vision is to forecast future states of ecological systems for the advancement of science and the benefit of society. The network monitors a variety of environmental drivers, including biotic, abiotic, and social factors, to enable their forecasts.
