Description Honea will discuss the effect of salmon spawming on aquatic macroinvertebrate communities in streams. He will describe a study that aimed to determine if salmon spawning reaches support a greater biomass of aquatic macroinvertebrates, and to determine the pathway of salmon nutrients through the macroinvertebrate community. He will outline the contributions of this study to stream and fish management.
